Planning and Managing the Outsourcing Project
(2-day, 16 PDU's)

This course is designed to assist the leaders of the internal outsourcing initiative to guide the outsource project from outset (the feasibility effort) to completion (“steady state”) by providing a clear and understandable outline of normal outsource activities, events and outcomes, the key differentiators of successful projects and the typical pitfalls that sidetrack and potentially ruin outsource projects.

This course covers outsourcing concepts and approach for the following Business and IT functions:
