Advanced Interpersonal Leadership for PMs
(1-day, 8 PDU's)

Advanced Interpersonal Leadership in Project Management is a workshop about leadership like you have never experienced before. This is an experiential workshop involving all members of the workshop at every level. The challenge will be to each participant to look honestly at the blocks in their life at becoming the leaders they know they are capable of becoming.

This is NOT a book workshop. This will involve risk on the participants to explore the blocks in their life. This one day workshop will provide an intense look at ourselves as leaders and the self-limiting stories we tell ourselves.

You will have an opportunity to explore your beliefs of leadership from a core level.

Each participant will explore their understanding of "leadership" and "management." We will have an opportunity to discuss how our beliefs of leadership will empower us and others and how that belief may sabotage our efforts.

Future leaders will get to look at what they do with "conflict" and "fear" in the workplace. Future leaders will learn how to deal with both of these realities in their organizations.

Each participant will get to look at the character traits they believe drive them in their leadership and they will also get to look at the façade' they also use to survive and adapt.

This powerful one day workshop is intended to complement the Advanced Organizational Leadership for Project Managers.
