This new format of the Advanced Interpersonal Leadership course for Project Managers is a workshop about leadership that is not like any other you have experienced. This is an experiential workshop that will have you identify the path to becoming the Leader you have always wanted to be by looking at the blocks in your life. This workshop encourages the participant to examine the beliefs they have in authentic leadership in their lives? Rhonda’s experience in international facilitation will provide a environment for each person to examine their leadership beliefs and what is next for them.

This is not a book workshop, it will involve men and women taking risks, discovering why they don’t fully step into the power and the leader they truly are and can be.

Each person will be challenged to look at the areas of their leadership that are working and those areas that are not. This course is an intense look into the deep seeded reasons why we do not claim the power of ourselves.

The workshop is very interactive, come open and ready for something new.
