Course Overview:

With the rapid adoption of outsourcing and development of “Virtual” Teams, there has been a rising awareness of the added dimensions of difficulty of dealing with distance, time, and culture. All three elements will be covered in this class and advice, methods, and procedures will be provided to assist in not only coping, but thriving in this environment. A major focus of the course addresses the challenge of different cultures.
