This new format for Advanced Organizational Leadership for Project Managers is an experiential workshop that will have participants identify the path to becoming the organizational leaders they have always wanted to be. Rhonda’s experience in international facilitation will provide an environment for each person to examine the leadership style and effectiveness of each participant.

Participants will leave the workshop more aware of themselves and the tools to guide them in the future. This workshop is not a Video or Text driven workshop. This is a deep examination into one’s emotional literacy and each person’s leadership style and belief.
