Rhonda holds a masters degree in Psychology from the University of Santa Monica in California. She conducts consulting engagements across the globe as a workshop leader, executive coach and facilitator. She has been certified by Shadow Work® as a coach, facilitator, mentor and trainer.

Rhonda rose quickly through the state government of Louisianna, starting out at the State Police, moving to the State University and eventually moving to the Executive Assistant to the Governor throughout his term in office. Rhonda then moved to Houston and moved into management consulting for firms such as the Daugherty Group Consultants, Wright Management Company, Broussard and Gallagher, King and Chapman.

Working with Women Within International, Rhonda has trained thousands of women throughout Europe, Canada and the United States. She has created many workshops for individuals, couples and executives.

Rhonda has a logical good sense balanced with a creative mind. She brings enjoyment and fun into all of her professional activities and engagements.

With over 40 years of business experience and knowledge. He started his career with the New York Telephone company. In 1972 he joined General Dynamics corporation and moved to Houston.

In 1973, John started his first of many companies – Telecommunications Specialists, Inc.. He started and purchased a number of other business from a trucking company, a clothing store chain, the Houston Dynamo’s professional soccer team and others.

John Brings a vast background of experience
and business knowledge gained over the last 40 years. John started
his career in New York with the New York Telephone Company and
in 1972 came to Houston with General Dynamics Corporation.

In 2005 John left the corporate world and started NSIGHT with his wife Rhonda. NSIGHT is a training and consulting firm whose objective is to teach corporations to use leadership development tools, better methods of communications and future strategy and succession management concepts. John and Rhonda are certified leaders and facilitators and host many workshops together.

Service and outreach are an important part of John’s life. He serves on many boards in the Houston community including the Chairmanship of the Mankind Project.
